As a consultant (2000 to 2008), Mr. Stretch was involved in corporate development, communications, promotion, financing and exploration for Odyssey Resources in Turkey, Mandalay Resources in Chile, and most recently as Manager of Operations for Megastar Development Corp. with properties in Quebec and British Columbia. |

Robert Krause, Geo Director Mr. Krause has been a Consulting Geologist since 1985 with international exploration experience in North, Central and South America. He has extensive experience in the epithermal, skarn and magmatic massive sulphides. His exploration has taken him from the Brazilian rainforest to the Canadian Arctic. With a Bachelor of Science (Geology) from the University of British Columbia, he is currently an officer of Remington Resources Inc. (RGM:TSXV) and a former director of Wolverine Minerals Corp. (WLV:TSXV), Canada Gas Corp. (CJC:TSXV) and Pacific Cascade Minerals Inc. (PCV:TSXV). |

Robbie Grossman, LLB Director Mr. Grossman holds an LL.B. from the University of Windsor and a B.A. (Political Science) from Concordia University. He was called to the Ontario bar in 2002. He acts for public and private companies, securities dealers and financial institutions on a number of public and private financings and commercial transactions. Alan Myers, A.C.A CFO Mr. Myers is a Chartered Accountant (United Kingdom) with more than 30 years of professional and business experience. He started his career with Ernst and Young in Manchester, England, followed by two years with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in Toronto, Canada. He is a veteran CFO of both private and public companies. He served as Controller at Wang Canada, the Canadian subsidiary of a major U.S. computer manufacturer; Chief Financial Officer at Hudson Bay Diecasting Ltd., an auto parts manufacturer formerly listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange; and Chief Financial Officer/Acting General Manager at E-Connect, an innovative broadband services provider which was bought out by AT&T. More recently, Mr. Myers has been operating his own consulting practice providing clients with financial services including assistance in raising venture capital and tax consulting. |
